TotalEnergies MKG Luxembourg S.A. is responsible for the processing of personal data relating to the management of the website and its contractual relations with its customers. This processing is carried out in accordance with the regulations in force.

In our online forms, mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk. If you do not answer the mandatory questions, we will not be able to provide you with the requested service(s).
TotalEnergies MKG Luxembourg S.A. will not keep your personal data for longer than necessary. The actual duration of the processing and storage is determined according to the purposes of the processing, taking into account the statute of limitations and any storage obligations arising from specific legislation (e.g. accounting and social legislation). TotalEnergies reserves the right to keep your data for a period of 5 years after your last order. If you do not place an order before the end of this period or if you wish to exercise your right to erasure, you will have to complete the steps for a new customer (consolidation of all necessary data and payment at the time of the first delivery) in the event of a subsequent order.
2. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
Your personal data may be communicated exclusively to certain departments of the controller or its directly or indirectly owned subsidiaries, as well as to certain partners, independent distributors or subcontractors for analysis and survey purposes.

You also have the right, under certain conditions, to ask us to transfer to another controller personal data that you have provided to us for the performance of the contract or for which you have given your consent. Where technically possible, we will send your personal data directly to the new controller.
6. Exercising your rights

In order to verify your identity, we ask you to send a copy of the front of your identity card. This copy will be consulted to verify your identity and deleted immediately afterwards.
